Submission Conditions:
- You must be the legal owner of the font being submitted or a legal representative with authorization to submit the font to FontCo.com for display and download.
- You may not submit a font that is a clone of a copyright protected font.
- You understand that submitting a font does not guarantee the font will be included in our collection. We reserve the right to remove a font from our collection at any time.
- Shareware fonts must be identified as such, and a ReadMe file with your terms of use must be included in the .zip file.
- By submitting your font to FontCo.com, you understand and agree that you are doing so without expectation of any form of compensation.
- By submitting your font to FontCo.com, you understand and agree that your font may appear on similar FontCo.com network font sites.

You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Dane County in the State of Wisconsin and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and FontCo.com relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified by you except in writing, signed by both parties. The Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of fontspot.com successors, assigns and licensees.
