Advertising Policy Statement
FontCo.com is a family friendly site visited by both adults and children. We will not accept any ad that we deem inappropriate for children.
Banner Ad Terms:
- Standard (.gif/.jpg/.png) banner images will reside on our server. Images should be less than 75k each.
- Flash type ads must not violate any of the terms in the FontCo Advertising Policy. Flash type ads that (in our sole discretion) violate any aspect of our advertising policy will be suspended or terminated without reimbursement for any time remaining in the ad campaign.
- Animations that exist primarily to draw attention to the ad are not allowed in 468x60 top, 120x600, or 120x240 banner ads. This includes but is not limited to blinking, flashing, jittering, and shaking banner ads.
- Banner ads of exceptionally poor quality will be rejected.
Prohibited Advertising Includes the Following:
- AdSense ads, or any other PPC ads
- Suggestions of virus infection
- Suggestions of prizes won
- You are the x number visitor ads
- Questionable content ads
- Deceptive ads
- Alcohol
- Tobacco products
- Firearms and weapons
- Fireworks
- Pornography
- Adult dating
- Adult (sex) content
- Adult (sex) products or services
- Political ads
- Social cause ads
- Religious ads
- Lottery and Gambling
- Landing page redirects
- Ads that link to pages where visitor is encouraged to install toolbars or other software

Additional Advertising on FontCo.com Terms:
FontCo.com retains the right to approve or reject any ad for any reason. If advertiser ad is rejected on submission after payment, and payment has cleared, advertiser is only entitled to cancellation of payment (if possible) or the amount paid for the ad minus any fees incurred by FontCo.com.
Advertiser may not change the banner ad images or link code during the ad campaign unless pre-authorized.
Advertiser may cancel ad campaign at any time but will not receive a refund for any time remaining in the ad campaign.
Ads must not be false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive.Ads displaying a URL or domain in the ad must link to that same URL or domain.
Ads must directly relate to the content on the landing page.
Ads must clearly represent the company, product, or brand that is being advertised.
Products or services promoted in the ad must be directly available on the landing page.
Ads must not include unsubstantiated claims, including but not limited to prices, discounts or product availability.
Ads and landing pages cannot mention FontCo by name or make reference to FontCo in any way.
Landing pages cannot contain automatic redirects.
Landing pages must close without activating any other behavior when the user closes the page.
Landing pages cannot attempt to trap users on the site by any method.
Text Ads
Ad text may not contain offensive words.Ad text may not contain more than one or two words with all capital letters.
Excessive abbrieviations are not allowed.
Incorrect or excessive use of puctuation and symbols are not allowed.
Ad text must be 55 characters or less including spaces.
Single words with many characters may be hyphenated or truncated as necessary.
Advertisers are bound to the terms of FontCo.com's advertising policy. Approved ad campaigns found to be in violation of our terms at a later date will be suspended. Advertiser has 10 days to make the necessary changes to return to compliance or the ad campaign will be terminated without reimbursement for any remaining time.
Advertisers may not imply in their advertising that FontCo.com uses or endorses their product.
FontCo.com maintains total editorial independence from advertisers and sponsors.
